About Natalia
I’m Natalia: a somatic coach, facilitator, and guide for people who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and move through life with more ease. My work is trauma-informed, body-centered, and designed to be accessible to anyone seeking support in a world that often demands more than we can sustainably give.
I focus on practices that help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and restore energy. This is about more than just stress management: it’s about reclaiming a sense of presence and safety in your own body so you can navigate life with clarity and resilience.
I approach my work through an anti-capitalist lens. I believe that the relentless pressure to produce, perform, and commodify our lives contributes directly to burnout, disconnection, and emotional strain. To create meaningful change in our lives and in the world, we first need to care for ourselves, release the survival mode, and remember what it feels like to simply be.
I recognize my own positionality and privilege. I consider myself an ally and a constant unlearner, committed to showing up with humility, listening, and quieting my voice to hold space for others in their own healing and growth.
